The initial meeting is offered at no cost. If you decide to engage us for the Flat Rate of $3,200 irrespective of your scope or budget we will follow up with an in person sketch date and briefing conversation, do conceptual design options, research, talk to our network of townplanners, builders, engineers and certifiers and get their feedback on the concept.
Design Spark Guide
We provide you with a professionally prepared A3 document, available in both digital and hard copy formats. This guide encapsulates all the relevant information for your project and can be used as a road map for you however you choose to proceed.
