THE SPINNAKER

ENTRY REFURBISHMENT

CONSTRUCTION COST - 1 Million

When our client came to us, they weren't asking for a refurbishment. They were asking for a roadmap.

The Spinnaker is part of the Keppel Bay Sailing Club family, and every decision had to honour that heritage while creating space for what comes next.

The entry and reception told us everything. Guests were arriving without being properly greeted, the welcome desk disconnected from the moment of arrival. Reorientating it changed everything. Warm timber, lush trailing greenery, a sculpted welcome desk that actually says what it means. Suddenly the club acknowledged you.

Navy tiles, coastal textures, greenery that cascades rather than decorates. Nautical references felt rather than labelled.

Families are the heartbeat of a community club. A bright kids area right on the water meant parents could stay longer and come back.
